Welcome to “Mindfulness Moments with NOM” (aka Nature of Massage). I’m spending much more time at my computer keyboard these days resulting in an achy neck & shoulders.

This sequence of stretches (that you can easily do at your desk) helps me to regroup & recharge. I hope that it helps you too!
