Scheduling An Appointment Online, via Email, via Phone:

  • Online Scheduling via the Vagaro app (without a Gift Card) is the most expedient way to book your session.
  • You may make a request via email or phone our office to book your appointment.   Please note that we can only confirm email and/or phone-requested appointments with a credit card on file.

Scheduling An Appointment with a Gift Card:

If you are redeeming a Gift Card that was issued PRIOR TO APRIL 22, 2024, please contact us via phone or email to make your appointment and provide the following information: 1) recipient name; 2) description of services; 3) issue date; 4) order number.

    • A Gift Card has no expiration date, but must be physically presented at time-of-service.
    • Nature of Massage is not responsible for and cannot honor lost or stolen Gift Cards.
    • A Gift Card will revert to its monetary amount if it is: 1) over one year old, 2) redeemed for a different time increment; 3) redeemed for a different service.
    • A Gift Card is non-refundable.
    • A Gift Card may be given to another person to use in its original form. A re-issue fee of $15 will apply to re-issue a new Gift Card in a new name.
    • A Gift Card may not be used for purchasing other Gift Cards or merchandise.

Our Cancellation Policy

  • Please call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  We cannot accept text communication at this time.
  • Appointments that begin late may not be able to extend beyond the originally reserved time period.
  • If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the session fee.  Gift Certificates will be forfeited in full.
  • Full payment is expected for appointments that begin after the scheduled time.
  • Auto-appointment confirmations & reminders are offered as a courtesy.  We ask that clients not solely rely on these automated messages when scheduling appointments.
