Scheduling An Appointment Online, via Email, via Phone:

  • Online Scheduling (without a Gift Card) is the most expedient way to book your session with payment expected at time-of-booking.
  • You may make a request via email or phone our office to book your appointment.   Please note that we can only confirm email and/or phone-requested appointments with a credit card on file.

Scheduling An Appointment with a Gift Card:

  • If you are redeeming a Gift Card for your appointment please contact us via email or by phone and provide us with the following information: 1) recipient name, 2) description of services, 3) issue date, 4) order number.

Our Cancellation Policy

  • Please call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  We cannot accept text communication at this time.
  • Appointments that begin late may not be able to extend beyond the originally reserved time period.
  • If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the session fee.  Gift Certificates will be forfeited in full.
  • Full payment is expected for appointments that begin after the scheduled time.
  • Auto-appointment confirmations & reminders are offered as a courtesy.  We ask that clients not solely rely on these automated messages when scheduling appointments.
