Scheduling An Appointment

• Online Scheduling via the Vagaro smart phone app is the most expedient way to book your session.
• You may also make a request via email or phone our office to book your appointment.  Please note that we can only confirm appointments with a credit card on file.
• To redeem your Gift Certificate, please present it at time-of-service. Sorry, we are not responsible for and cannot honor lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
  

Our Cancellation Policy

• Please call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We cannot accept text communication at this time.
• Appointments that begin late may not be able to extend beyond the originally reserved time period.
• If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the session fee. Gift Certificates will be forfeited in full.
• Full payment is expected for appointments that begin after the scheduled time.
• Auto-appointment confirmations & reminders are offered as a courtesy. We ask that clients not solely rely on these automated messages when scheduling appointments.
