Each is licensed by the state of Connecticut, and together, represent a wide range of training, experience, and interests. Cindy
Cindy graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in April of 1997 and has been with Nature of Massage since 2001. Cindy believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and strive for balance. She is honored to be able to assist and help facilitate this healing in each of the clients that she works with. In addition to her therapeutic massage expertise, Cindy has received specialized training in maternity massage, infant massage parent-education, Levels 1 & 2 certification in Reiki Energy Healing, Levels 1, 2, 3 certification in Vibrational Healing at the Cellular Level Using Tibetan Singing Bowls from the Vibrational Healing Center, E. Hartford, CT., Level 1 training and certification in Intergral Sound Healing from The Sound Healing Academy, UK, and Himalayan Salt Stone Massage. She is an ongoing student of meditation, and is available for appointments Monday through Friday.

Crystal
Crystal is a skilled and caring massage therapist who graduated from the American Institute in 2023 with multiple accolades, showcasing her dedication to the art of healing touch. Crystal’s passion lies in the seamless integration of body and mind, offering clients a rejuvenating and personalized experience on her massage table. When she’s not tending to her clients, Crystal
immerses herself in the soothing world of music, frequently attending concerts and exploring the great outdoors through her love for hiking. These experiences perfectly align with her mission to bring wellness and relaxation to every individual she cares for, ensuring a holistic approach to healing. She is available on Sundays and Mondays.

Darly
Darly is a 2023 graduate of the Cortiva Institute in Cromwell, CT. Her therapeutic massage techniques includes Cupping (available as an add-on) Deep Tissue and Swedish massage. Clients will experience deep, physical relaxation and emotional restoration with Darly’s sessions. She has outstanding customer rapport skills and looks forward to building long-lasting, professional relationships with her new clients. Darly is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays.

Destiny
Destiny graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2024 and it sparked her journey into the world of Massage Therapy, where she learned the transformative power that healing touch promotes throughout the body and mind. She tunes into each client and thoughtfully crafts every session to enhance their well-being with the understanding of the body’s intricate systems. Her passion for this profession drives her to continuously learn and explore new techniques and modalities. Her goal is to help clients find balance and reconnect with themselves in a warm and compassionate environment. She is available for appointments on Thursday and Saturday.

Holly
Holly, owner of Nature of Massage, is a 2013 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and joined Nature of Massage in 2014. She has advanced training in Ashiatsu, Himalayan Salt Stone and Maternity Massage and is also certified in Oncology Massage by Tracy Walton and Associates. Holly is available for appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Jeff
Jeff is a 2002 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, and has advanced training in medical-based massage as well as sports massage which incorporates stretching techniques. By assessment of the client’s movement patterns and muscle dysfunction, he keys in on the presenting area of pain and works to assist with facilitating muscle relaxation. As a Reiki Master, Jeff also offers Reiki Energy Healing and Chakra Energy Balancing sessions. Jeff is available on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Jennifer
Jennifer received her massage training at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, where she graduated in August 2002. She joined Nature of Massage in 2003 and is available for appointments Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Since 2006, Jennifer has advanced training in been studying and practicing equine massage, and in 2023 received certification in Himalayan Salt Stone massage followed by Bamboo Massager in 2024..

Melony
Melony graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (now The Cortiva Institute) in 2015 and joined Nature of Massage the same year. Melony’s expertise in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai massage as well as with Acupressure techniques assists clients in reaching their desired level of relaxation and release of muscle tension. She is available for appointments on Wednesday and Sunday.

Michi
Michi is a 2018 graduate of the Cortiva Institute in Cromwell, CT. She has a strong therapeutic massage skill-set, outstanding work-ethic, and friendly personality. These attributes enable her to adeptly assess and address her client’s needs. She has advanced massage training in deep tissue massage. She is now available on Sunday.

Miyuki
Miyuki is a certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher. Born in Miyagi, Japan she was raised in the Shingon Estoteric Buddhism tradition. Having always been very sensitive to energy fields and frequencies, her spiritual path began in early childhood. Miyuki’s calling in life is to help humanity increase its vibrational frequency, and in so doing, create love and peace in the world. Her mission is facilitated and realized through her Reiki practice. Miyuki is available by request. Please call or email to schedule an appointment.

Patricia
Patricia received her training at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She graduated in August 2005, and is certified in Reiki energy healing Level I and II, maternity massage and Himalayan Salt Stone massage. Patricia joined Nature of Massage in 2005 and is available for appointments on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays.

Professionally Trained
Only you can decide which therapist is the best match for you. Sample the massage of all of our therapists to find the one or more whose style feels best to you. Each therapist has their own unique style and approach to massage techniques. This happens naturally as we become influenced by different teachers and experiences. Your massage from each of our therapists will be uniquely theirs.
Each therapist customizes their massage session to reflect your preferences. We listen to what you tell us: how you’re feeling, what you’re hoping for from today’s session, any special requests that you have for today’s session. Each therapist adapts their techniques to be safe and appropriate for you. We always adjust pressure and positioning in consideration of your physical condition. Your massage will always be a massage that is safe for you to receive.
It’s okay to change therapists. Some of our clients prefer to see the same therapist on each visit; some clients rotate appointments among two or three or more therapists. Whatever is comfortable for you is comfortable for us, however, no tipping, please.
